The Dust Diseases Tribunal Act 1989 provides the Tribunal with exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine claims for damages for dust-related diseases.

Note, we previously listed Workers' Compensation (Dust Diseases) Regulation 2003. This Regulation was repealed by sec 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 No 146 with effect from 1 September 2008.
