Appointed in 2024, The Honourable Justice Sarah Huggett is the President of the Dust Diseases Tribunal.

The President is the principal judicial officer of the Dust Diseases Tribunal and is appointed by the Governor of NSW pursuant to the Dust Diseases Tribunal Act 1989.

The Tribunal is currently staffed by 3 Judges, 2 acting Judges, a Registrar and Registry staff.
